Our Purpose
Our purpose is to ensure that all children learn, achieve and enjoy together, in line with our trust vision of Learning without limits.
We believe children learn best when they are curious, positive and responsible, and when they feel safe, valued and supported. Through high-quality learning experiences, children make strong progress, develop pride in their achievements and build the confidence to reach their full potential. This reflects our trust commitment to empowerment, ensuring every learner is supported to thrive academically and personally.
By learning together, children develop independence and learn to work as a team. Through being kind, respectful, polite and helpful, they grow socially and emotionally within an inclusive and collaborative community. This reflects our trust mission to ensure everyone feels valued, heard and empowered, and our shared value of unity.
Our Aims, Values and Expectations
Our vision and values are underpinned by the trust’s commitment to integrity, empowerment and unity, ensuring consistency between what we expect of individuals, our school and the wider trust community.
We expect all members of our school community to be ready, be respectful, be kind, be safe and be a team, and to act with integrity in all they do.
Learning and Achieving (Quality of Education)
We aim to:
- develop curious, responsible and positive learners who take pride in their work and are empowered to achieve without limits.
- provide a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum that enables all children to make strong progress from their starting points and be well prepared for the next stage of their education.
- promote creativity, aspiration and high expectations through purposeful learning experiences that reflect excellence and equity across the trust.
Enjoying (Behaviour and Attitudes)
We aim to:
- foster confident, motivated children who are respectful, polite and kind, and who feel safe to take risks, learn from mistakes and persevere.
- encourage children to be helpful, supportive and positive, celebrating effort, achievement and success in themselves and others.
Together (Personal Development)
We aim to:
- create a safe, inclusive and nurturing community where everyone feels valued and a strong sense of belonging.
- develop children who work as a team, demonstrating unity, cooperation and responsibility.
- prepare children for life in modern Britain through strong personal, social and moral development, aligned with our trust’s commitment to integrity and equity.
This vision will be achieved through the partnership of children, parents, staff, helpers and Governors all working together.
